RETURNS:

• Exchanges are allowed only if the received product has defects (It should not be used and tags attached.)
• No Exchange Allowed after 2 Days of Delivery.
• Once your order is placed mistakenly, Please Contact immediately for cancelation process. (contact@playmastertoys.com)
• If You Received Defected or Broken, You can Create Return Request within Two Days of Delivery - Refund option is not available on Playmastertoys.com

CANCELLATION:

• If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please contact us and we will see if we can work it out for you.
